Terms and Acceptable Use

These terms describe baseline rules for using PingTalk. They are intended as an operational policy for this communication service and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public commercial launch.
Acceptable use
- Do not use PingTalk for unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, threats, spam, phishing, malware, or attempts to compromise accounts or systems.
- Do not upload or distribute content that you do not have the right to share.
- Do not try to bypass security, rate limits, moderation, or service restrictions.
- Respect other users and the rules of rooms, communities, and federated services you interact with.
Accounts and service operation
You are responsible for activity from your account and for keeping your password, recovery key, and verified devices secure. PingTalk may limit, suspend, or remove accounts or content when needed to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service.
Federation and third-party services
Rooms may interact with compatible servers or integrations. Those third-party services may have their own rules and privacy practices.
